3. Inking

There’s not much to say here: scan the pencils, and ink them digitally.

Well actually, there’s a lot to say about inking that is more than just “making gray pencil lines blacker” – things like how to make the action more fluid using speedy strokes. How to add weight to objects using line thickness. How to add lighting and atmosphere using dynamic shadows.

Apparently I know how to do exactly zero of those things. So all I can do is make gray pencil lines blacker.
